A Message From Chrisa & Gretchen
By now you have heard us talk about BarCamp Recruit or if we have done a good job – the word is getting around. The most common question we get is “Why are you doing this?” And our answers are plenty, but to start with:
We are passionate about Recruiting and Human Resources! – Yes you heard it here first!
We recognize the need for and importance of networking and ensuring you stay on the cutting edge of what’s going on and on top of your game.
We don’t claim to know everything but know that by putting a group of very smart people together, the brainpower is exponentially increased and the ideas are ground breaking.
We want to give back to the community and create a comfortable environment for people to come and share and learn. Hopefully that community will grow from local to national over time.
Yes, BarCamp is a little un-conventional, but that is why we are attracted to the concept – we love the idea of mixing it up and having fun while learning!
We are creating the change we want to see!
